The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Islampur P.S.Case No.231/15 for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 367 and 371 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against the petitioner of taking away younger brother of the informant but it has come on the record that this petitioner along with others had gone to bangles factory at Rajasthan and the younger brother of the informant was also accompanying them.

Considering the nature of the allegation and that the victim boy has already returned back to his house, let the
