The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria Mahila P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the report of the Mediation Proceeding NO. 829 of 2017, it appears that both the parties, petitioner/husband and informant/wife, are ready to live together peacefully and all the cases pending in the Court below between the parties shall be deemed to be automatically disposed of . Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27098 of 2017 (5) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M.
