The petitioner seeks regular bail in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45456 of 2014 with a direction to conclude the trial within six months but the trial has not yet been concluded. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Petitioner is in jail since 24.04.2013 and has already remained in jail for more than three years.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three years, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11273 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013.
