The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Devanand Sahani, the brother of the deceased Kavita Devi, alleged that his sister was married with Raj Kumar Sahani ten years ago. He came to know that his sister Kavita Devi was killed by her husband and others including the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The father-in-law of the victim has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14273 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
