The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016, registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of one automatic pistol along with three cartridges to the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 01.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27059 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016.
