Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

69 liters of Nepali liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2017. Petitioner has stated that on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
