The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents and his is in custody since 27.08.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.71979 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner should cooperate in the proceeding of the Court below and if the petitioner tries to delay the trial, the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
