2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354, 379, 447, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i) (x) of the SC/ST Act registered in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the present prosecution has been instituted at the behest of the Mukhiya of Panchayat Raj Dadua, Patepur, Vaishali against whom the petitioner made allegation of irregularities and corruption.

4. Be that as it may, considering the statutory bar under Section 18 of the S.C./S.T. Act this petition is not maintainable which is accordingly stands dismissed.
