2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is said to have taken away the victim girl forcibly.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.06.2023. He further submits that there was love affair between petitioner and the victim girl.

5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that it is a case of elopement.

Considering the aforesaid fact and period of custody , the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.
