JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one another F.I.R. named accused were arrested by the informant and other police officials while they were taking photographs of vehicles. When the informant stopped them from taking photographs of the vehicles, petitioner and coaccused posed themselves to be officers of crime branch. Subsequently, search was made and mobile sets as well as cash and photographs were recovered from possession of the petitioner as well as his associate.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11467 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishipur ( Barahat) P.S.Case No. 12 of 2016.
