The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S.case No.211 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case on the confession of one coaccused Vikas Kumar the name of the petitioner transpired and there is recovery from the bushes.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner or at his instance. He is in custody for more than eight months. Charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Ist Class, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.211 of 2019.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
