The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to grudge and malice. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the wife of the informant by means of iron rod due to which she sustained head injury. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
