Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some parts of motorcycle were recovered from Kabari shop of the petitioner, but at the time of aforesaid recovery, the petitioner disclosed that he had purchased the said motorcycle from one Ranjan Saxena. Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.1.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection
