2. By filing this application, the petitioner alleged non-compliance and disobedience shown to the order of this Court by the then Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna. The direction was to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to examine the case of the petitioner who was seeking protection to his life and liberty.

3. Although, there is some delay in examining the matter and taking appropriate action but from the statements made in paragraph '7' of the show cause filed by the Senior

Patna High Court MJC No.2673 of 2023(5) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Patna, it appears that now he has examined the case of the petitioner and has made certain recommendations. Therefore, at his end, he has complied with order of this Court.

4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application is not required to proceed. It is disposed of accordingly.
