2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the son of the informant namely, Sandip Kumar has gone from his house for some work. He was being called at Sai Nath Temple of Chhachubigha by a girl. The family members of the girl came to know about the relationship of the deceased. It is further alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66113 of 2024(5) dt.21-02-2025 2/3 that the son of the informant was killed. When the informant went to Chhachubigha, he found that his son was lying dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. They have got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that one Jitendra Singh was apprehended who has disclosed the name of these petitioners. There is nothing except confessional statement of Jitendra. In this case charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has already been taken. Similarly situated other coaccused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80488 of 2024. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 26.06.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Giriak (Katarisarai) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties
