JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 The present matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for modification of the order dated 01.04.2016 passed by this Bench for correction of the name of the Police Station. In fact, vide Order No.2 dated 01.04.2016 the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015, but due to inadvertence it has been transcribed as Motihari P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015. Therefore, the order dated 01.04.2016 is modified to the extent that the aforesaid order has been passed with respect to Matihani P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 and not with respect to Motihari P.S. Case No.

69 of 2015, and if the petitioner is arrested or surrenders in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, then he shall be released on bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai on the same terms and conditions as indicated in the aforesaid order dated 1.4.2016.
