Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 27.05.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 56 of 2014 pending before the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-.
