1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.11818 of 2022, which has stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects have already stood removed, however, some delay has taken place, which may be condoned, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.11818 of 2022, however, subject to the Registry, verifying as to whether the defects pointed out by the Registry have stood removed or not.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
