JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the son of the petitioner has abducted the victim girl and thereafter they ran away. Further allegation is that the petitioner seems to have assisted his son in abducting the victim girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.04.2017 and his son is also traceless. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, according to the petitioner, it appears that the son of the petitioner and the victim

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26996 of 2017 (2) dt.14-06-2017 2/2 have solemnized marriage and living happily. It is also submitted that the petitioner has played no role in the incident. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem fit it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No. 71 of 2017.
