2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been found involved in a cyber fraud.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is a lady and has not been named in the FIR.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66374 of 2024(3) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul/concerned court below in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
