JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that for the first time, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case when in course of investigation, one prosecution witness claimed to have learnt the name of petitioner and others on the basis of conversations of the culprits. Subsequently, one co-accused was arrested in connection with another case and the aforesaid co-accused confessed his involvement as well as of petitioner in the present crime. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
