2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted one of the sister of the informant with spade causing injury on her head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are neighbours and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68348 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - III, Patna City (Patna)/concerned Court in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
