2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 530 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown miscreant ridden on a motorcycle, is alleged to have snatched the informant's golden ear ring from her right ear on the point of knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case during the course of investigation. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner, who was apprehended by the police. On search, a black colured purse containing 5 golden colured ear ring, PAN Card, Adhar Card of the petitioner, Rs. 100 and TVS motorcycle were recovered from his possession.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 530 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
