The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 427, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of making assault to the informant and his other family members and snatching gold ornaments and watch of the informant's side.

No.323 of 2022(3) dt.23-08-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are full brother of the informant and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 05.04.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 28.05.2021. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. The injury report suggests that except one injury, all the injuries are simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 189 of
