2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53567 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of change in address of the petitioner and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, the address of the petitioner instead of 'Marhourah Police Station' has wrongly been typed as 'Amnour Police Station'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 24.08.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the address of the petitioner in the order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53567 of 2023, be read as 'Marhourah Police Station' instead of 'Amnour Police Station' and further six weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority.

5 . Accordingly, order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc, No. 53567 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
