2. This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 5394 of 2021 which has been dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 11.04.2025. By order dated 11.04.2025 passed in CWJC No. 5394 of 2021, two weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defects but since the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on that day, therefore, he did not know the compliance had to be made within two weeks' time and hence for non-compliance, the writ application stood dismissed.

3. For the reasons as stated above, this application is allowed and CWJC No. 5394 of 2021 is restored to its original file. Further two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to remove the defects as pointed out by the Office, failing which

Patna High Court MJC No.3046 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 the writ application will once again stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
