JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366A, 376, 342 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3(2) (B)/17(1) (A) of Immoral Trafficking Act and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Petitioner and one Soni Khatoon are said to have been caught in a room of hotel. The statement of aforesaid Soni Khatoon was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. but she has stated nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 14.02.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
