JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O/101 of 2017/ 109 of 2017 filed under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act,. 2016. The accusation is with regard to petitioner being suspected of possessing Nepali wine, whereafter recovery was made from him to the tune of 18.360 liters, upon a search being conducted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.05.2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem fit it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let, above named petitioner, be
