In view of the fact that substantive payments have been received by the petitioner, the present writ application has lost its significance. In case the petitioner finds that wrong calculation has been made or payments of retiral dues is due, he shall be at liberty to file representation before the competent authority which shall be considered by the authority and if the grievance of the petitioner finds genuine, necessary orders be passed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4941 of 2016 (3) dt.23-04-2018 concerned respondents within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. In view of the above, this writ application is disposed off.
