2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons was involved in the crime of supari killing of the victim.

4. Earlier on 09.10.2025, this Court had rejected the regular bail application of one of the co-accused, Amit Kumar @ Raja. The petitioner has participated in the conspiracy to

5. Considering the aforesaid and also the nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the present case.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of one week from today and seek regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Kaimuar at Bhabhua will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the proceedings.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimuar at Bhabhua through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
