This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 263 of 2012, disclosing offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who has been granted regular bail.

Considering the seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, above named, the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.
