2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a), 32(ii) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.
3. As per prosecution case, 27 liters mahua country made liquor was recovered from the bag of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 12.06.2024.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- IV-cum-Special Excise Court-1st Lakhisarai in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
