2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted father of informant with an axe. Doctor has found the injury grievous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous dispute. Police, after investigation, submitted final form, however, differing with the same, learned Magistrate took cognizance against all the accused persons including petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for
