JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 The present petition has been filed for restoring the petition bearing Cr. Misc. no. 81736 of 2019 to its original file, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.12.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the time limit granted for removing the defects could not be adhered to, nonetheless, it is undertaken that the defects shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to restore the aforesaid Cr. Misc. no. 81736 of 2019 to its original file, subject

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.501 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 to removal of the defects, pointed out by the registry, within a period of two weeks from today.
