2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused the death of the son of informant by firearm.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Chargesheet has been filed in this case.

5. Learned APP however, vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64231 of 2025(3) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 bail of the petitioner above-named is rejected in connection with Bahadurpur PS Case No. 333 of 2021, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna City, Patna.

6. However, as the petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2025, the trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
