1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.68198 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
