JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.6.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6834 of 2020 to the extent that the condition imposed upon the petitioner to mark attendance before the Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station at 10:30 am. on each Monday of the week or consecutive Monday of the week, be waved.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working at Orissa and on account of the condition imposed upon him, it is becoming impossible for him to continue with his job, hence, some relaxation may be made so that the petitioner can

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that right from the time, the petitioner was enlarged on bail till today, there is no allegation of any default having been committed by the petitioner in marking his attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station at 10:30 am. on each Monday of the week or consecutive Monday of the week, I deem it fit and proper to modify the aforesaid condition, as imposed vide order dated 8.6.2020 and grant liberty to the petitioner to mark attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station on any one day in four months.

The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 8.6.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6834 of 2020.
