The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39459 of 2022. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62837 of 2022(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S.
