ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-11-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that pursuant to the direction given by this

Patna High Court CWJC No.15093 of 2025(2) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 16831 of 2014 dated 27.02.2025, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur (i.e., the respondent No. 02 herein) has called for a report from the Circle Officer, Anchal - Goradih, District- Bhagalpur (i.e., the respondent No. 6 herein) and the Circle Officer vide Order No. 497 dated 29.03.2025 has submitted a report to the District Magistrate (Annexure-P/1). Learned counsel submits that the report submitted by the Circle Officer (respondent No. 6) is made behind the back of the writ petitions and the writ petitioners have filed a detailed objections to the said report (Annexure-P/2). Learned counsel seeks a directions from this Court to direct the District Magistrate to take into consideration the objections filed by the petitioners (Annexure-P/2) and direct the District Magistrate to give them an opportunity of hearing before taking any action on the report of the respondent No. 6 herein.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 (i.e., the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur) to take into consideration the objections filed by the petitioners (Annexure-P/2) before taking any action on the report submitted by the Circle Officer vide order No. 497 dated 29.03.2025. The authority shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Any orders passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.15093 of 2025(2) dt.15-11-2025 3/3 shall be communicated to the parties. In case the objections of the petitioners are not available or found, the petitioners shall be granted an opportunity of filing afresh objections.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
