The petitioner being a mother-in-law is in custody since 30.06.2019 in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was some internal dispute as a result of which the victim lady committed suicide after consuming poison. The same was duly reported to her mother and it is only on suspicion that the petitioner has been taken into custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
