The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, two miscreants on the point of pistol snatched bag from the informant containing cash of Rs. 4,60,000/-.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During course of investigation, one Saroj Kumar was arrested, who disclosed the name of petitioner, as one of his associate. No looted money has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
