The learned counsel for the opposite parties is present and has submitted that the order as contained in the letter dated 23.03.2015 (Annexure-2) has been issued inadvertently and by referring to paragraph-7 of the show cause the learned counsel has pointed out that by subsequent letter dated 16.06.2015 the said mistake has been rectified and the selection process stopped. It has been further stated by the learned counsel for the parties that no selection for the post of Aanganwari Sevika and Sahaika at Aanganwari Centre No.160 Paraha-II in Karpi Block of Arwal District has been made so far after the order dated 26.09.2014.

Patna High Court MJC No.938 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 In view of the aforesaid statement, the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties is accepted. The contempt application is dismissed.
