2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 submitted that a show cause has been filed on their behalf in which it has been stated that payments as required in terms of the order of the Court dated 14.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7462 of 2015 have been made.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no chart has been given to him with regard to the calculation made.

4. Be that as it may, there being a specific averment made on oath, in the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 and 3, with regard to the payments having been made in terms of the order of the Court, there is no occasion for the Court to presume that the order has not been complied. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 shall
