2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. case No. 836 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's father by some unknown criminals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has come on the basis of self confessional statement. There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. 5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation and in para 20 of the case diary, petitioner has also confessed his guilt in respect of commission of murder of the informant's father and on the basis of his confessional statement, one country made pistol which was used in the alleged occurrence along with two live cartridges have been recovered. It is further submitted that petitioner has criminal antecedent.

6. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and, as such, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.
