ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seek anticipatory bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
In view of the genesis of the occurrence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
