JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 313 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture. It is alleged that due to assault made by the accused persons, pregnancy of the informant got terminated.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on record to suggest the termination of pregnancy. The accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
