The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 13(2) read with Section 13(1)d of the Prevention of Corruption Act and also Section 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act would not be attracted in a case of private person who is running a line hotel, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
