The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant paid Rs.

2,50,000/- to Ramsahraya Poddar for getting informant appointed as teacher. Consequently, a forged appointment letter was given to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the wife and son of Ramashraya Poddar and the thrust of accusation is against Ramashraya Poddar. Petitioner no. 1 has filed Title Suit No. 497 of 2013 against her husband Ramashraya Poddar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17494 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
