JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Juvenile Justice Board within a period of 30 days from today.

Learned counsel submits that the father and mother of this petitioner are alive and they are ready to keep the petitioner with full care but unfortunately in the court below and before the Board as well the application was not filed on their behalf and the social impact report which was produced earlier showed that Veena Devi is the natural mother of this petitioner and Ram Sundari Devi has adopted this petitioner. It is not the correct fact that Ram Sundari Devi has adopted this petitioner. Father of the petitioner is said to be one Ram Avatar Sahni. He will bring all

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Juvenile Justice Board and on filing of such an application the Juvenile Justice Board shall consider the same and after calling for the relevant reports with respect to the parentage of the petitioner and handing over of petitioner to them including the safety of the petitioner an appropriate order shall be passed.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
