Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. In the present case, the petitioners seek bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2021 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 307, 354 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with lathi and petitioner no.1 gave Dab blow on her head.

No.6099 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that no case of attempt of murder is made out from the fact of the case as there is no repetition of blow and injuries have been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and sharp weapon and allegation of such injury are against petitioner no.1 whereas no specific allegation has been made out against petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Petitioners are in custody since 04.08.2021. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the submission made hereinabove and considering the nature of injury along with period of custody, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, East Champaran, Motihari/court concerned in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2021, subject to the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, preferably one of the parents.

(ii) The petitioners will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.

(iii) In case of absence for three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the
